Eric Day, Attorney

Eric Day graduated from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2008 and was admitted to the Minnesota State Bar in October 2008. He received an Honor’s Degree in Spanish from the University of Utah in 2004. Eric is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the Minnesota State Bar, the Hennepin County Bar and the Ramsey County Bar. Prior to opening his own law firm, Eric worked for a small family law and bankruptcy firm in the Twin Cities. Eric has spent time living in Honduras and Spain and is fluent in Spanish.

Eric is currently serving a two year term on the Board of Directors for the Longfellow Council Council as the Board President and Howe Representative and is a member of the Longfellow Business Association (LBA).

Patty Day,

Legal Assistant

Patty Day graduated from Utah State University with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Marketing. Prior to working at the Law Offices of Eric S. Day, PLLC, Patty worked as a journalist, a public relations manager, a researcher and a political campaign's communications director.

Patty diverse experience, in addition to her knowledge of technology and the legal process, make her a vital member of the firm and indispensable to our clients.
